Getting started with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
In introduction, these blog posts are not designed to be technical in nature. As a general rule my focus in more to do with the business aspects of CRM and how business can use the CRM toolset to become more customer centric.
With the introduction of the latest release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 we are about to see a tsunami of information in the coming weeks. I will share those items that have a general relevance to business users and leave the more technical focused items to the blogs that are more focused on the nuts and bolts.
First up, this most noticeable change to the Dynamics CRM 2013 update is the User Interface (UI). The general look and feel has been refreshed with a view to make the interface more focused on the task at hand while getting rid of the items that just appeared to soak up screen real estate.
